Our luxury Hillside lake house is centrally located within the estate and is available to rent in its entirety or on a room-by-room basis.

With 4,000+ sq. ft, our spacious Cape Cod home is just a short walk from the majestic Victorian Inn. There are five total rooms and suites within the house, three with king beds, two with queen beds, and a bonus room with two twin beds. Most bathrooms in the home have been remodeled with marble. The entire house includes a spacious room with all new furniture, a wet bar, expansive windows offering partial views of Cayuga Lake, a regulation-size Brunswick pool table, a screened porch, a breakfast room for six, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Hillside's convenient driveway is just steps from the front door and features a Tesla charging station. Enjoy quality time with your family and friends in the Hillside Lakehouse, with a fire pit and a serene pond-side pergola with a bottle of wine.

The 1725 sq. ft. two-story Le Grande Residence is the best of our best on the property. It includes a luxurious great room featuring hardwood floors and abundant natural light, a spacious breakfast room, full-kitchen, screened porch, and a king bedroom with a walk-in closet.

This lavish one-bedroom residence comes with a beautifully decorated great room that includes a fireplace, a 65" TV, and a regulation size Brunswick pool table. Recently renovated, this suite also has a fully equipped new kitchen with views of the pond, and a breakfast room table for six on the first floor. On the second floor, you will find the oversized king master bedroom with a remodeled en-suite bathroom, deep soaking jetted tub, and a separate shower. You also have the choice to expand the residence by reserving the two-bedroom Rose Suite if you need more bedrooms and overall space. The rooms adjoin on the second floor, and you will never have to leave the inner sanctum of your residence to enjoy the extra space.

The Rose Suite is located on the second floor. This renovated two-bedroom suite is 520 sq. ft. in size and has a king size bed and shares a small living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV with the second bedroom.

The second bedroom adjoins via the living room and features two twin beds and hardwood flooring, perfect if you are traveling with children and want a little privacy. The two bedrooms share a new marble bathroom with a glass shower featuring multiple shower heads. This suite can conveniently connect to the Le Grande Residence should you need the extra space. This suite does not have lake views.
