Our on-site restaurant prioritizes and serves dishes made from fresh regional ingredients with multiple vegan and gluten-free options. Located in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country, in Trumansburg, NY, our waterfront restaurant offers a variety of local wines and a finer selection of premium wines from the most impressive wine cellar in the region. We also find inspiration from the growth of fermentation as a practice in the industry and from the regional distillation culture. We're located next door to Taughannock Falls State Park and we encourage guests to explore the neighboring waterfall park before or after dinner during park hours.

Enjoy a memorable waterfront dining experience inside or dine al fresco on our patio overlooking the Cayuga Lake at the Inn Restaurant. Our lake view restaurant offers delicious American-Mediterranean Cuisine, and delights in putting seasonal flares on our made-from-scratch dishes. Our wine portfolio is carefully designed to appeal to any palette, and features a selection of Finger Lakes Wine, as well as domestic and international brands. Above all else - we hope your dinner experience with us is more than just about hunger. We want you to craft memories, and to use the amenities of the estate - fire pits, seating nooks, our scenic fountain - to relax and reconnect to the nature that surrounds us on all four compass points.

- We are currently offering dinner service Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays from 5PM-9PM; the bar is open every day during hotel hours.
- There is no formal dress code for the restaurant.
- All restaurant guests are welcome to enjoy our multiple outdoor fire features - including the many fire pits and our stunning outside fireplace.
- The main dining room features 180 degree window views of Cayuga Lake.
- The Jones Room is available for private groups and dinner bookings.
- Outdoor seating is on a first come, first served basis and is not guaranteed.
- Deposits may be required for special days or menus.
Private Dining
Enjoy an intimate private dining experience at Jones Room, Ithaca's most spectacular private dining room. This elegant dining room is perfect for hosting events like weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, business meetings, birthday parties, and bridal showers. Our chef will work with you to design a special menu. Contact our event specialist to plan and create a picture-perfect gathering for any special occasion.
Cornell University and Ithaca College Graduation Dining
Commencement weekend is an especially important and vital event, with students stepping out into the world and on to their next adventures. The Inn at Taughannock Falls is pleased to offer specialty dining menus on the weekends of Ithaca College and Cornell University commencement ceremonies. Additionally, the Enchantment Garden hosts a large-scale celebration opportunity during Cornell Graduation weekend for large parties or groups looking to celebrate together.
