Top Travel Tips of Ithaca | Inn at Taughannock Falls

Do you offer contactless check-In?

We offer a contactless check-in process. Please contact the front desk before arrival to arrange this complimentary service. Note: guests in the Victorian Inn must pass through the main reception area to access their guestroom.

Is the hotel pet friendly?

We welcome pets within Parkview guestrooms, ideally beside the state park. There is a non-refundable $50.00 fee per pet/stay and a $300 deposit that will be returned upon departure once housekeeping inspects that no damage occurred as a direct result of your pet. Please note no pets are permitted in our other buildings, including the Victorian Inn, Hillside, and Lakeview. For the safety of guests with pet allergies, any guest breaching our policy and bringing a pet into the above-listed buildings will be charged a $250 fee for deep cleaning. Contact the front desk before your arrival if you plan to bring your pet.

Does the hotel offer restaurants?

We offer classic American cuisine with a Mediterranean influence, and our dining room offers stunning views of Cayuga Lake. Our restaurant typically opens for the season on Good Friday and operates on Thursday through Sunday between 5:00 pm and 9:30 pm during PEAK season. It closes after Thanksgiving, and hours are subject to vary. We accept dinner reservations.

Does the hotel offer a complimentary breakfast?

Complimentary Continental breakfast is served in our dining room daily from 8 am to 10 am; our gorgeous panoramic view of Cayuga Lake and amazing freshly ground coffee make it worth getting up in the morning.

Does the hotel offer free Wi-Fi?

Yes. The hotel provides complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi to all guests.

Does the hotel offer parking?

Yes. Complimentary self-parking beside each of the four buildings is available to all guests. Please note valet parking is not available.

Does the hotel offer electric charging stations?

Yes. We offer two complimentary Tesla vehicle charging stations. The stations are located at the main Victorian Inn and the Hillside House. Please see the front desk for further details.

Does the hotel offer laundry services?

Yes. We offer hotel guests complimentary use of our laundry facility, including automatically dispensed soap. Please see the front desk to obtain access to this amenity.

What are the front desk hours?

Our hours of operation are from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm late Fall through Spring. Late May-October hours are 7:00 am - 9:00 pm from Sunday-Thursday and 7:00 am - 11:00 pm from Friday to Saturday, subject to change. Please note we do not operate a 24-hour front desk.

What time are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3:00 pm, and if you anticipate arriving "After Hours" when our front desk is closed, please contact us so we can make arrangements to accommodate your after-hours check-in. Our check-out time is 11:00 am. Guests who depart earlier than specified in the confirmed reservation will be charged for the full duration of their stay.

Can I purchase a gift card?

Our gift cards are the perfect present for any occasion. Gift cards can be purchased in any dollar amount and used for any Inn service, whether it's a weekend stay in our luxury Falls Suite or a birthday dinner celebration for the group. To purchase a gift card, call 607-387-7711, and our guest services team will be delighted to mail the card anywhere you desire with a personal note. We only accept Inn at Taughannock Falls gift cards. All gift cards must be presented during check-in to receive credit.
